{"id":248,"date":"2021-07-29T00:00:21","date_gmt":"2021-07-28T13:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simonkelly.me\/?p=248"},"modified":"2023-03-01T22:47:36","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T11:47:36","slug":"not-knowing-the-answers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simonkelly.me\/not-knowing-the-answers\/","title":{"rendered":"Not knowing the answers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sometimes, you don\u2019t know the answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actually, a lot of the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can be the cause of a lot of stress and anxiety when you\u2019re trying to do something but you just don\u2019t know how. Or the way you\u2019re doing it just doesn\u2019t seem like the \u201cbest way\u201d to get it done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even when you think you finally know some answers, you then find out something new or talk to some clever person and you find out, yet again, that you have a lot to learn&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that\u2019s OK!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s OK not to know it all. You don\u2019t have to. No one knows it all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you think the people you aspire to know all the answers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course not, but they try anyway. They put themselves out there and they keep moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The world isn\u2019t built by people who know all the answers. Explorers didn\u2019t find new land by knowing it all. People didn\u2019t get to the moon because they knew everything already.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New and exciting things are discovered and created because people don\u2019t know the answers &#8211; and are excited to find out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They don\u2019t just want to fast forward to the end result, they are ready to embrace the process of getting there. They rise up to the challenge. They step forward into the unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you\u2019re in the world of not knowing, then you\u2019re in the perfect place for learning. You\u2019re in the perfect place to discover. You\u2019re in the perfect place for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So go ahead and embrace the not knowing, while realising you\u2019re in the perfect place for living a full, daring, adventurous life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201cLife is either a daring adventure, or nothing at all\u201d<\/p><cite>Hellen Keller<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes, you don\u2019t know the answers.
